水稻不同种质资源幼苗耐盐性评价
Salt Resistance Evaluation of Different Rice(Oryza satva L.)Cultivars Resources during Seedling Stage

Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to evaluate the salt resistance of different rice cultivars resources during seedling stage, to provide a theoretical basis for screening rice cullivars resistanl to salt and rice production. [Method] Under the condition of the hydroponic experiments, 24 kinds of rice germplasm resources during seedling stage were stressed by using 0. 3% , 0. 5% , 0.7% NaCl. After treated 21 days, the salinity tolerance rating( STR) , relative plant height (RPH) , relative root length ( RRL), relative dry weight of shoot( RDWS) , relative dry weight of root( RDWR)and Na+/K+ value were determined. [Result] The results showed that RPH, RDWS,RRL and RDWR of 24 kinds of rice germ-plasm resources during seedling were gradually decreased with the increasing of salt concentration. While STR and Na+/K+ value both increased with the increasing of salt concentration. [Conclusion] The seedling of Ning japonica 38, Ning japonica 36, Ning japonica 40, Hua 92 and Youxuan 3 are strong resistant to salt; The seedling of Tongfeng6hao, Ningyuanyou6hao and Ningda 95 are sensitive to salt; The seedlings of rest cultivars, Ning japonica 16, Ning japonica 24, Ning japonica 28, Ning japonica 29, Ning japonica 33, Ning japonica 34, Ning japonica 37, 2004JJ-58, Ning japonica 42, Hua 96, Hua 86, Ningda 143 and Ningda 62, are resistant or moderate resistant to salt.关键词
