Abstract
[Objective] To study the components and their difference of the volatile oil of RHIZOMA CORYDALIS from Shaanxi and Jiangsu Province. [Method] The volatile oil of RHIZOMA CORYDALIS from different producing area was extracted by steam distillation, and its chemical compositions were detected by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer (GC-MS). [Result] 35 and 30 compositions were respectively identified from the RHIZOMA CORYDALIS from Shaanxi and Jiangsu Province, accounting for 70. 57% and 66.41% of the total volatile oil, the RHIZOMA CORYDALIS from those two provinces shared 30 same components, and the components with high content were paeonolum (24.52% and 18. 43%), n-hexadecanoic acid (5. 35% and 6. 39% ) and 2,beta-methoxy-5-alpha-cholestan-19-oic acid (7. 37% and 5. 76% ). [ Conclusion]The types and contents of chemical components of volatile oil in RHIZOMA CORYDALIS were effected by producing area, which provided references for the quality control of RHIZOMA CORYDALIS in different producing areas.关键词
