Abstract
[Objective] To understand the Porcine Pseudorabics immune status of the swine farms in Henan Province. [ Methods ] The antibody detection was done to the 3 861 serum copies of swine farms in Henan Province by using Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) method. [ Result] The results showed that the overall positive rate was 67.65% , sows, boars,fattening pigs, conservation pigs, nursing piglets by different stages pork were 79. 19% , 75.34% , 16.76% , 39.94% and 62. 24%. The average overall positive rates from May of 2010 to April of 2011 by month were; 63.76% , 71.26% , 62.36% , 67.15% , 58.86% , 69.53% , 61.36% , 61.23% and 74.41% , 67.66%, 70.76% , 85.71%. [Conclusion] The immune effect of sampled Porcine Pseudorabics in swine farms is not very satisfactory.关键词
