Farmland Safety Mechanism Construction during Urbanization Process

Abstract
Based on analyzing the status of farmland resource in Baoding City, causes for farmland decreasing were studied, several specific countermeasures for constructing farmland safety mechanism during urbanization process were put forward, namely; building up regional compensation mechanism, perfecting integrated value compensation mechanism, developing land comprehensive improvement and speeding up in-formatization construction of farmland protection.关键词
