Abstract
The present situation of rural homestead property rights system is: the property right of central government is fuzzy, while the rural collective and farmers' homestead property right of local government is weak; the property rights of rural collective and farmers' homestead should be strengthened. It is analyzed that the causes of low efficiency of property rights system are incomplete property system and state monopoly of institutional supply.关键词
