摘要
Abstract
The foundation and opportunity of developing regional circular economy are expounded, the development of circular economy in Anhui Province is confronted with various challenges, for example, the resources and environment pressures are increasing, the support political and legal system needs to be perfected and fully implemented, the indexes of circular economy haven't been included in political achievement assessment, and the technical basis of circular economy still needs to be strengthened, according to these challenges, some development paths are presented, with the tasks and targets as the development orientation, with major areas as carrier, with key project as development means and with institutional construction as guarantee.关键词
