摘要

Abstract

A severe convective storm process occurred on June 3 in 2010 is analyzed based on the conventional data, satellite images and Doppler radar products. The results show that the influence range of the process is wide,the duration time is long. During the process, the northeast low vortex occurs to less stability. The strong northerly flow in the front of the ridge keep the transport of cold air in the low vortex, vertical cross-slot switch in the back of the vortex leads cold air to move to the south, thus affect Sanmenxia. Before the process come up, the foundation of low-altitude easterly jet provides sufficient moisture for this convection process. Under such wet on dry, warm under the cold environment on the field is in favor of the occurrence of severe convective weather. In the forecasting, the evolution of K index of Zhengzhou station near Sanmenxia, has good indication of local strong convective weather forecast. In addition, Doppler radar data analysis found that when combined reflectivity reached 60 dBz,meanwhile vertically integrated liquid water content reached 35 kg/m2, local produces very large hail possible. In radar radial velocity fields, the zero-constant line is anti-"S"-shaped,counterclockwise rotation of wind direction with height,the cold advection near the radar station provide strong support for the convective weather. Meanwhile, there is convergence merger in a storm front and strong echoes accompanied mesoscale cyclone, the occurs of the mesoscale cyclone is benefit to follow the cold air to the convective storm, prompting continued strong development of convection.
