Effects of Different Substrates on the Rooting of Nerium indicum Mil.Cuttings
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To provide theoretical reference for the propagation of Nerium. Indicum Mil. . [ Method ] Five kinds of different substrates were used to culture the Nerium indicum Mil. Cuttings, and the impact of various substrates on rooting of Nerium indicum Mil. Cuttings was studied. [ Result] Different substrates showed great influence on the rooting characteristics and physiological indexes of Nerium indicum Mil. And the effect of the substrates of perlite, vermiculite and turf (1:1 :1 ) was better than other substrates. [ Conclusion] The substrates of perlite, vermiculite and turf(l:l:l) had a better effect on rooting of Nerium indicum Mil. Cuttings.关键词
