摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the inhibition IBDV infecting CEF activity of the Rhodiola sachalinensis polysaecharide in vitro, and form the foundation for screening anti-IBDV active material. [ Method] CEF were infected by IBDV and the inhibitory effects of RSP were evaluated by MTT. [Result] For IBDV, 50% concentration of inhibition (IC50) and therapeutic index (TT) Rhodiola sachalinensis polysaecharide were 0. 38 mg/ml and 4.34, respectively. [Conclusion] Rhodiola sachalinensis polysaecharide has obvious inhibition IBDV infecting CEF activity in vitro.关键词
