摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The study aimed to explore the fast synthesis of 10-acetoxy decanonic acid by the microwave catalytic technology. [ Method] A new technology for the fast synthesis of the royal jelly acid intermediate as 10- acetoxy decanonic acid by the microwave catalytic technology was developed as follows;, the reagents were 10-hydroxy decanonic acid of 8 g and acetic anhydride of 40 mL and the microwave power was 400 W. The product was made for the melting point detection, element analysis and infrared spectrum diagram analysis. [Result] The new technology of fast synthesis of 10- acetoxy decanonic acid by the microwave catalytic technology had the yield of 87. 8% under the condition of constant reactant dosage, increasing 9. 8% than that by the traditional synthesis method and the every reaction time in the microwave synthesis was reduced from 6 h to 16 min, with the reaction speed being 18 times of that by the traditional synthesis method. The product was confirmed as the 10-acetoxy decanonic acid through the melting point detection, element analysis and infrared spectrum diagram characterization. [ Conclusion] Using the microwave heating mode could quickly and effectively absorb the heat energy, which obviously accelerated the reaction speed.
