摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The good-quality flue-cured tobacco variety with the character of tar,sweet and smell,which was suitable for planting in south Anhui,was screened. [Method] The variety was selected based on the comparison of the physiological change,chemical composition,agronomic and economic traits, etc of five flue-cured tobacco varieties in small-area trial in Xuancheng city. [Result] The content of malondialdehyde ( MDA) in the K326 variety was higher than that in other fours while the content of MDA in Yunyan 97 variety was relatively low. The content of the carotenoid in upper leaf of NC297 variety had been ranking in a high level in its early growth period and was rapidly degraded in its late growth period,which indicated that its seedling was more conducive to the accumulation of various aroma components. The activity of converting enzyme in middle and upper leaves K326 variety always maintain a high-level which was conducive to the accumulation of dry matter. The Yunyan 97 was with a better ecological adaptability. The Yunyan 97 and 6517 varieties had the highest yield and the best production value. [ Conclusion] In south Anhui region,the Yunyan 97 and 6517 varieties was with the coordination of chemical composition,relatively good economic trait and strong resistance,which was more appropriate for the need of the character of tar,sweet and smell,.
