摘要
Abstract
The quantitive analysis of 40% hexaconazole WDG was determined by HPLC. The operating conditions by HPLC was ODS column, u-sing methanol and water(85:15,by vol)as mobile phase and wavelength 210 nm. The recoveries of hexaconazole was 99. 77% - 100. 07% ;the stand deviation of hexaconazole was 0.052 7 ;the RSD of hexaconazole was 0.13% (n = 5) ;the linear correlation of hexaconazole was y = 102 528x +13 601, and R2 =0.999 7. It is indicated that this method is fast,accura and resporserble.关键词
