玉米秸秆碎料板制造技术研究
Study on Manufacturing Technology of Corn Stalk Particle Board
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to study the manufacturing technology of corn stalk particle board. [Method] With soybean protein-acrylate composite emulsion, veneers and corn stalk as materials, particle boards with different densities (0. 70, 0. 80 and 0. 85 g/cm ) were manufactured. Effects of different glue consumption on board properties were discussed. [ Result] Under the manufacturing parameters of glue consumption 14 % , board density 0. 80 g/cm3, the board mechanical properties were the best. [Conclusion] The paper provided a new way for the comprehensive utilization of corn stalk.关键词
