柴胡对蟾蜍离体心脏功能活动影响的研究
Studies on Effect of RADIX BUPLEURI on the Isolated Heart Function of Toads
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To observe the effect of different concentrations of RADIX BUPLEURI decoction on the isolated heart activity of toads. [ Method ] Steinmann' s frog heart perfusion method was used to perfuse different concentrations of RADIX BUPLEURI decoction into the isolated toad heart, and then the cardiac contraction force was recorded by the BL-420E biological function experiment system. [ Result ] 0.009 g/ml decoction had no obvious impact on the toad' s heart contraction amplitude and heart rate (P > 0.05; P > 0.05). However 0.018 g/ml and 0.180 g/ml decoction reduced the heart contraction amplitude and slowed down the heart rate,the effects were all obvious (P <0.01; P <0.01) ,especially 0.180 g/ml decoction,which significantly inhibited the cardiac contraction force and even stopped heart beating. [Conclusion] RADIX BUPLEURI could inhibit the cardiac contraction force of the isolated toad heart and significantly slow down the heart rate.关键词
