农房统规重建模式的农户满意度及影响因素分析——基于四川省7个地震重灾县的农户调查
Analysis on Farmers' Satisfaction of the Farmhouse Unified Planning Reconstruction Pattern and Its Influencing Factors
摘要
Abstract
Based on the farmers' satisfaction investigation of unified planning reconstruction pattern which is from seven earthquake stricken counties of Sichuan Province and analyzes its influencing factors with binary Logistic model. The results show that the degree of farmers' satisfaction on unified planning reconstruction pattern is not high, and factors which influenced the satisfaction degree mainly include costs of living and resources, neighborhood relations, policy and institutional arrangement, production convenience, income sources and regular family living members. But the farmhouse quality and public goods supply are not significant on farmers' satisfaction impact. From this,some relative policy revelations are obtained.关键词
