纤维素酶高产菌株的筛选及鉴定
Selection and Identification of a Cellulase-producing Strain
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] This study aimed to identify a cellulase-producer strain which was selected from tropical rain forestry soils. [Method] Morphologic observation and sequence analysis of 18S rDNA were conducted. [Result] A cellulase-producing strain with high activity was obtained , and morphology of the strain was highly similar to that of Trichoderma rsesei. Results of sequence analysis showed that the 185 rDNA sequence shared 99% homology with Hypocrea jecorina. [Conclusion] The isolated cellulase-producer strain belonged to Trichoderma reesei.关键词
