Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to study the influence of uniconazole on the wheat growth and development. [ Method ] Using 0, 20, 40, 60 mg/L uniconazole to soak seeds for 24 h, comparing with distilled water, then applying water training method for planting and cultivation of seedlings, and then determining seedlings after jars respiration rate, using die TTC method to determine root activity, through the seedling height, root length, root number, and root / crown ratio to measure morphological characters of seedlings, seedlings with spectro - photometric chlorophyll content was determined, and the concentration of MDA measured resistance seedlings was measured. [ Results] The results showed that: uniconazole can affect the respiration of wheat seed, promote its root activity, inhibite stem growth and promote root development. In addition, uniconazole can also increase the chlorophyll content, and enhance seedling resistance. However, different concentrations of uniconazole on seedling influence are different. [ Conclusion] The study can provide theoretical basis for the development of uniconazole on the field.关键词
