九龙藤乙酸乙酯提取物清除自由基、镇痛抗炎作用研究
Study of the Ethyl Acetate Extract from Stem of Champion Bauhinia on Scavenging Free Radicals, Analgesia and Anti - inflammatory Effects
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to study the effects of the ethyl acetate extract from Stem of Champion Bauhinia on scavenging free radicals , analgesia and anti - inflammatory. [ Method] To investigate the cleaning and depressant effects of the ethyl acetate extract on free radicals by using the system of proceeding oxyradical (O2-·) and hydroxy radical ( · OH) in vitro. The analgesic effect and anti - inflammatory action were observed by using the mice writhing test, the hot - plate test and the model of mice ear swelling caused by xylol. [ Result] Compared with the control group, the ethyl acetate extract from Stem of Champion Bauhinia at low, middle and high concentrations (final concentrations were 5, 10, 20 mg/ml respectively) could scavenge O2-· and ·OH in a concentration - dependent manner (P <0, 05). Meanwhile, it increased the pain threshold of mice and decreased the ear swelling caused by xylo significantly. [Conclusion] The ethyl acetate extract has good effects on scavenging free radicals, analgesia and anti -inflammatory.关键词
