摘要
Abstract
[ Objective J The aim was to study the optimum extraction process of general flavone from Radix Flemingia Philippinensis with ultrasonic wave method. [Methods] With the extraction rate of flavonoids as the evaluation index, the extraction process was optimized with single factor and orthogonal test. [Results] The optimum extraction process of general flavone from Radix Flemingia Philippinensis with ultrasonic wave method was as follows: ethanol concentration of 80% , ultrasonic time of 25 min, solid -liquid ratio of 1: 20(g/ml) , extraction times for 2 times. Under the condition, the yield of general flavone from Radix Flemingia Philippinensis was 3.00%. [Conclusion] The optimum ultrasonic wave extraction process of general flavone from Radix Flemingia Philippinensis was obtained, which would provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Radix Flemingia Philippinensis.关键词
