摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To screen out the active microorganism in ginseng soil of Changbai Mountain, and transform the rare anti-tumor components produced by ginsenoside. [ Method] Various strains were isolated from the root soil of Changbai Mountain ginseng, microbiolpgy of Re was transformed, the active strain was identified based on morphological characteristics of colonies, conidia and conidiophores, as well as ITS-5.8S rDNA sequences. [Result] Totally 68 fungal strains were isolated and strain SRS-10 showed positive activity on G-Re. [Conclusion] The strain SRS-10, identified as Alternaria alternate, could transform G-Re into G-Rg1.
