哈蟆油药材产地加工研究
Study on Processing of OVIDUCTUS RANAE in Its Producing Area
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To determine the best time for catching and the growth term of Rana chensinensis, and find solutions to solve the problems of red oil, black oviduct oil and frozen oil during the processing so as to improve its quality. [Method] Different weights of Rana chensinensis were caught during its hibernating period in the river between the late September and early November, the effect of different frog quality and different drying conditions on the processing quality of OVIDUCTUS RANAE was studied. [Result] Different catching time and different weights of frogs influenced its producing rates to different degrees while had no impact on its expansion rates. [Conclusion] The problems of red oil, black oil and frozen oil during the processing were caused by its own quality and improper drying conditions.关键词
