一种新型蚕蛹壳聚糖化合物的制备
A New Compound Preparation of Silkworm Chitosan
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to prepare a silkworm chitosan compound which can chelate with calcium ion. [Method] Chemical methods were employed to conduct molecular modifications towards chitosan of silkworm pupae and prepare the glycine derivative of chitosan, moreover, infrared spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance were used to analyze its molecular structure. [ Result] Glycines had been grafted onto chitosan molecules of silkworm pupae, and became the resultant glycine derivative of chitosan based on etherification reaction on C6-OH. [Conclusion] The study provided basis for anti-coagulation in vitro, and provided foundation for the preparation of new anticoagulant.关键词
