经济快速发展地区集体建设用地流转中农民权益保障研究——以江苏省昆山市为例
Investigation on the Protection of Farmers' Interests during the Circulation of Collective Construction Lands in Rapidly Developing Regions
摘要
Abstract
Based on field investigation, the status and problems of the collective construction land circulation in Kunshan were analyzed, and the effective ways to protect the farmers' interests were discussed. As indicated by the research results, the peasants'legal rights awareness was fuzzy and they negatively tackled with damaged situation. The peasants' rights of know, decision-making, participation, supervision and earning were always not guaranteed. Fuming cooperative was a well form to protect peasants' rights & interests, but it was known to few people. Therefore we should improve the quality and participating capacity of farmers, make clear the administrative responsibilities of relevant departments, regulate the management procedures of cooperatives and perfect the cooperative system.关键词
