沿海半城市化地区特征及土地利用变化分析——以福建省厦门市集美区为例
Analysis on Characteristics of Coastal Peri-urban Areas and Land Use Change of China

Abstract
Taking Jimei District of Xiamen as an example, the essential characteristics of semi-urbanization phenomenon in the aspects of population, economy, industry and landscape in Jimei District were analyzed. Moreover, based on No. 5 TM/ETM + RS image data during 1987 - 2007 in study areas, the characteristics of land use temporal and spatial dynamics changes and problems in land use in 20 years were analyzed, the results showed that Jimei District has the typical characters of peri-urban areas. During the past 20 years, it had a significant increase of construction land ( urban and rural) , meanwhile, farmland has decreased sharply. Urban construction land grew fastest, mainly through the expansion of its occupation of farmland and unused land. Unused land increased primarily from the conversion of farmland. Farmland mainly conversed to construction land, unused land and forestland. Farmland is most vulnerable to encroachment of land-use type in the process of urbanization. Freshwater areas are transformed into construction land and unused land too. With the rapid urbanization, the areas of farmland, and wetlands (including short sea area and mudflat) were significantly reduced, which will cause a series of ecological and environmental problems. And environmental deterioration, in turn, will restrict economical development. Analyzing the temporal and spatial characteristics of land-use change in peri-urban areas can provide its basis for scientific management of land resources and promote regional sustainable development.关键词
