Abstract
The paper expounds the main advantages as well as the problems in the design of new rural social endowment insurance system, then proposes the system optimization paths, such as carrying out discriminate lowest payment level, regulating monthly payment coefficient of personnal pension account and allowing the multiple investment of pension.关键词
