摘要
Abstract
Taking evaluation of migrant workers ' entrepreneurial competence as the research content, this paper first defines the migrant workers ' entrepreneurial characteristics and the connotation of migrant workers' entrepreneurial competence; on the basis of this, from entrepreneurial thinking ability, behaviour ability, and language ability of migrant workers, this paper establishes evaluation index system of migrant workers' entrepreneurial competence. We use Analytic Hierarchy Process, establish hierarchical structure, and construct multiple comparison matrix, to get the weight of relative importance. The method of applying this index system to evaluation of returning-home migrant workers' entrepreneurial competence is offered.关键词
