摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to analysis the genetic diversity of Cucumis melo L. Based on inter simple sequence repeat (ISSR). [ Method] 27 melon cultivars were used as material for the ISSR analysis, the genetic similarity coefficient (GS) between them was calculated and then a UPGMA cluster analysis was done. [ Result] 9 primers were selected from 69 primers, total 73 fragments were amplified and 56 were polymorphic ones, the average of each primer was 6. 2 fragments. The GS value of 27 cultivars varied from 0.65 to 0.97, indicating the genetic diversity of these cultivars was relatively low. The UPGMA cluster analysis showed the cultivars tested in this study could be divided into thin skinned melon and thick skinned melon according to GS 0.65, and divided 7 subspecies of thin skinned melon according to GS 0.80. [ Conclusion ] It provided the molecular basis of the melon breeding.
