Cloning, Expression and Regulation of ACC Oxidase Gene in Higher Plants
摘要
Abstract
ACC oxidase is one of the key enzymes,which regulate ethylene biosynthesis. In this review, cloning, expression arid regulation of ACC oxidase genes as well as the application in plant genetic engineering were introduced, which would offer some ideas for regulating the content of C2 H4 and leading to long shelf life in plant fruit by genetic engineering technology.关键词
