Application of Molecular Marker Technique in Peanut Identification
摘要
Abstract
Molecular marker technique can identify both homozygore and heterozygote without the limitation of season and growth period. It has many advantages. The construction of finger-print by the molecular marker technique can be used to identify the purity of species, which provids dependable ensurance for the breeding. Nowadays, molecular marker technique has been widely used in peanut identification. This paper introduces several frequently-used molecular marker techniques and their application in peanut identification, and then forecasts the foreground of molecular marker techniques use in peanut identification.关键词
