番茄核雄性不育系大107单株产量杂种优势与遗传效应研究
Research on Heterosis and Genetic Effect of Yield per Plant of Tomato Genic Male Sterile Line, Lycopersicum esculentum L.- 'Da107'
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to breed good quality and high output Solanum lycopersicum descendant hybrid combinations ( variety) applies in the production. [Method] This experiment takes the thermo-sensitive male-sterile tomato Da107 as common female parent, and Dongsheng No. 3, beef tomato, Meilisha, 1439, 12, A3 as 6 male parent of hybrid for research on heterosis and genetic effect of yield per plant. [ Result] Da107 and Dongsheng No. 3 can be used as parents for yield per plant breeding. The special combining ability of Da107 × Dongsheng No. 3 was the highest in yield per plant and showed 1.1391, and its heterosis was very significant. [Conclusion] The hybrid combinations of Da107 × Dongsheng No. 3 was optimum.关键词
