摘要

Abstract

[ Objective] The quick-drying method of E. Prolifera was studied to provide scientific reference for its processing and utilization. [ Method ] Orthogonal design of L9 (33) was chosen to optimize 3-level drying technology of E. Prolifera. [ Result ] The effect of drying temperature on chlorophyll content in E. Prolifera was significant ( P < 0.05) , followed by time and air quantity; the optimization coefficient of 3-level drying technology of E. Prolifera were temperature 60 ℃, wind amount 1 500 m3/h and time 30 min. [ Conclusion] The 3-level drying technology of scalding, extrusion and turn drying on E. Prolifera was studied to avoid the shortcoming of single drying, and lower the loss of chlorophyll effectively in E. Prolifera.
