葡萄籽油的提取及其性质研究
Study on Extraction and Properties of Grape Seed Oil
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The optimum extraction technology of grape seed oil was discussed, and its physical and chemical properties were studied. [ Method] Effects of extraction solvent, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature on the extraction rate were studied by single factor experiment. And the optimum extraction technology was determined by orthogonal experiment. [ Result] The optimum conditions were as follows: with diethyl ether as solvent, extraction time 120 min, extraction temperature 45 ℃, solid-liquid ratio 1:10. Under these conditions, the extraction rate was 12. 19% . [Conclusion] The obtained grape seed oil has the character of bright and clear color, pure and normal smell, and its physical and chemical properties conform to industrial standards.关键词
