Abstract
[ Objective] The study aimed to discuss the technology for extracting the flavonoids from the herb by the decoction method under the ordinary pressure. [Method] With the solid-liquid ratio, decoction temperature and decoction time as the main factors, the orthogonal experiment was conducted to confirme the optimum process for extracting the flavonoids in the herb. [ Result ] The optimum process for extracting the flavonoids in the herb was as follows; the solid-liquid ratio of 1=5 g/L,boiling and decocting time of 75 min. Under this conditions,the yield of flavonoids was 0.734%. [ Conclusion] The study provided the relevant information for the study and development on the subsequent products of the herb beverage.关键词
