摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The research aimed to discuss the effects of the weight of SPF eggs on the virus isolation and culture. [ Method ] Taking SPF eggs with normal egg shape and greater weight(62 -72 g) as test group, taking SPF eggs with suitable weight as control group, the I-solation and culture test of H9 subtype avian influenza virus was made. [ Result] The fertilization rate of SPF eggs in test group and control group had no obvious difference and the liters of HA and HI in allantoic fluid had no obvious difference. [Conclusion] SPF eggs with slightly greater weight could be chosen in the virus isolation and culture, which can make full use of SPF eggs and save the experimental cost.关键词
