激活素Activin A对猪卵母细胞胞质成熟的影响
Effects of Activin A on Cytoplasmic Maturation of Pig Oocytes
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The effects of adding activin A in the culture solution on the cytoplasmic maturation of pig oocytes during in vitro maturation process. [Method] Different dose of Activin A was added in TCM-199 to culture pig oocytes for 40 h. The distribution morphological types of the stained mitochondria were observed by using laser confocal microscope to judge whether the cytoplast of pig oocytes was mature or not. [ Result] When the dose of Activin A was 100 ng/ml, the number of oocytes with diffusedly-distributed mitochondria in the cytoplast extremely significantly increased (P <0.01) and the number of oocytes with peripherally-distributed mitochondria and semi peripherally-distributed mitochondria significantly decreased( P <0.05 ). [ Conclusion] Adding Activin A in the mature culture solution during in vitro maturation process of pig oocytes can promote the cytoplasmic maturation of oocytes.关键词
