Legal Protection of the Ecological Environment in Poyang Lake Wetland
摘要
Abstract
Although many achievements have been made in the ecological environment protection of Poyang Lake wetland in Jiangxi Province during recent years, there are, from a legal perspective, many problems, such as weak interoperability, unidentified regulations of the resource ownership, imperfect management system and so on. Therefore, we should further establish and improve the legal system in the protection of Poyang Lake wetland from perfecting resource ownership, management system, development and utilization of licensing, licensing control system, ecological compensation system, public participation system and other aspects.关键词
