摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The research aimed to study on the influences of heavy metals of Zn2+ and Cd on physiological and biochemical indices of S. Cannabina. [Method] S. Cannabina seedling was test material. Under hydroponics euhture, the physiological toxic actions of Zn2+ and Cd 2+ on S. Cannabina seedling were studied. [Result] The toxic actions of Zn2+ and Cd2+ on S. Cannabina seedling were significant. As the increasing of Zn2+ and Cd2 + concentrations, the chlorophyll content of S. Cannabina leaf had a trend of first increasing and declining then. The soluble protein content had a decline trend, and Pro content presented rise trend. The activities of SOD and POD had the trend of first rising and declining then. The toxic intensities of Zn2+ and Cd2+ on S. Cannabina seedling were different. Cd2+ had stronger toxic action. [Conclusion ] The research provided reference basis for understanding pollutant condition of heavy metal and treating ecological environment in the coastal area.
