基于累积比数logistic回归的新农合满意度影响因素分析
Analysis on Influenctng Factors of New Rural Cooperative Medical Satisfaction Degree Based on Cumulative Score Logistic Regression
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] According to new rural cooperative medical work situation, influencing factors analysis is used to offer science decision reference. [ Method ] After scale design and questionnaire survey, cumulative score logistic regression model is used to analyze satisfaction factors; data processing can be completed by SPSS. 17 and SAS. [Result] Requirement satisfaction degree, system reliability, disease dispatch kinds and service attitude are major influencing factors of new rural cooperative medical work and cumulative score logistic regression is built. [Conclusion] The satisfaction of requirements, perfect system, the improvement of service efficiency and quick procedure are major aspects of satisfaction improvement of new rural cooperative medical work. The model and method has practical applicability and scientific effectiveness.关键词
