珍贵树种山白兰的组织培养研究
Study on Tissue Culture of Rare Species Paramichelia baillonii
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to research the rapid reproduction of the tissue culture in Paramichelia baillonii (DC) Hu. [ Method] Taking the stems with buds from the potted seedlings of P. Baillonii as the explants and MS medium as the basic medium, the tissue culture test of P. Baillonii was carried out through the addition of the plant growth regulators with different types and concn. In the medium. [ Result ] The best but induction medium was MS +0.5mg/L6 -BA +0. Lmg/LNAA, with the but induction rate of 88.9% ; the optimum medium for proliferation was MS+0.3mg/L6-BA +0.05mg/L NAA +1.0mg/L KT, with the bud proliferation coefficient of 2. 6; the rooting induction had a greater difficulty and the medium of 1/2MS +2.0mg/L NAA could get the rooting rate of 54.5%. [Conclusion] The study provided the reference for the further development and application of P. Baillonii and the abundance of Guangxi forest tree germplasm resources.关键词
