烟台威海沿海菲律宾蛤仔线粒体遗传多样性分析
Analysis on Genetic Diversity of Mitochondria from Venerupis philippinarum in the Coasts of Yantai and Weihai

Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to understand genetic diversity and genetic differentiation of wild Venerupis philippinarum population in the coast of China. [ Method ] Based on PCR technology, CO Ⅰ gene fragments of the mitochondria from two populations of Yantai and Weihai were amplified and analyzed. [Result] Fifty samples all obtained CO Ⅰ gene fragment of 684 bp. A total of 42 haplotypes were defined, and 62 variation sites were detected. The haplotypes diversity of two populations was both high, while the nucleotide diversity was low. The phylo-genetic tree of haplotypes established by maximum likelihood (ML) method showed that the samples of two geographic populations presented diffused distribution and had no obvious population differentiation. [ Conclusion ] The result indicated that the gene exchange of marine animal was easy, and the separation among different seas was weak.关键词
