金钮扣提取物体外抑菌活性的初步研究
Preliminary Study on the Antibacterial Activity of RADIX ET CAULIS SOLANI TORVI Extract in vitro
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the antibacterial activity of RADIX ET CAUIiS SOLANI TORVI extract against tested strains in vitro. [ Method ] The antibacterial activity of RADIX ET CAULIS SOLANI TORVI extract against 10 kinds of bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus was tested by drug - sensitive disk diffusion method and tube double dilution method. [ Result] The water extract of RADIX ET CAULIS SOLANI TORVI presented the antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus lemon, family Micrococcus, Bacillus subtilis, Shigella and Staphylococcus albus. Ethanol extract and petroleum ether fraction had a strong inhibitory effect on methicillin - resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus lemon, Micrococcus, Bacillus subtilis and Shigella. Ethanol extract and chloroform part had a weak inhibitory effect on the Staphylococcus albus. [ Conclusion] Different extracts of RADIX ET CAULIS SOLANI TORVI presented varying inhibitory effect on tested strains. The antibacterial activity of ethanol extract was higher than that of water extract, but petroleum ether and chloroform were the main active ingredients that had antibacterial effects.关键词
