摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To study the best synthetic endosperm combination of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. Seeds and to provide the theoretical basis for development and large - scale application of A. Macrocephala synthetic seeds. [ Method] Factors to affect germination rate and seedling conversion rate,such as encapsulated propagule and synthetic endosperm components were studied with germfree tube plantlet system of A. Macrocephala. [Result] The germination rate and seedling conversion rate of synthetic seeds could reach 100% and 92% with auxilizry buds, 2.5% sodium alginate + 2% CaCl2 as synthetic endosperm encapsulation, and 0.5 mg/L IAA and 30 g/L sucrose as synthetic endosperm components. [ Conclusion] The technique of rapid multiplication of synthetic seeds on the basis of tissue culture of A. Macrocephala has definite superiority.
