摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to extract gentiopicroside from G. Macrophylla by using ultrasonic technology and the method for content determination of gentiopicroside by HPLC was set up. [ Method] Orthogonal experiments were carried out to investigate the effect of ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time and extractant amount on ultrasonic extraction, and the best condition was determined. Contents of gentiopicroside were determined by HPLC. [Result] The best extraction conditions of gentiopicroside were as below: ultrasonic frequency was 80 KHz, ultrasonic power was 420 W, ultrasonic time was 20 min, and extractant amount was 20 ml. [ Conclusion] This method was sensitive , accurate, simple and could be used in the determination of gentiopicroside in G. Macrophylla.关键词
