摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the scavenging activity of FRUCTUS MORI polysaccharides to free radical in vitro. [ Method ] The ability of FRUCTUS MORI polysaccharides to scavenge DPPH· , · OH and O2 · was respectively assayed by DPPH, salicylic acid and pyrogallol auto -oxidation methods. [Result] FRUCTUS MORI polysaccharides had strong scavenging activity to DPPH · ,· OH and O2- · , whose the highest scavenging rate to the above 3 free radicals was 90.01% , 76.40% and 49. 85% respectively. [Conclusion] FRUCTUS MORI polysaccharides had strong scavenging activity to free radicals in vitro.关键词
