水杨酸对铅胁迫下潍县萝卜抗氧化酶活性的影响
Effects of Salicylic Acids on Antioxidant Enzyme Activity of Weixian Radish under Pb Stress
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for the remission of the harm caused by Pb contamination and the protection of agroecological environment. [Method] Weixian radish was tested by salicylic acids with different concentrations under Pb stress,and the effects of SA on antioxidant system of Weixian radish under Pb stress were studied. [Result]The exogenous SA could alleviate the oxidative stress caused by Pb stress through increasing the activity of SOD and CAT and reducing POD activity and MDA accumulation in its roots. [Conclusion] 100 μmol/L salicylic acid had the best relieving effect on the root of Weixian radish under Pb stress.关键词
