金龟累枝虫游泳体表膜下纤维系的研究
Study on Infraciliature of Epistylis chrysemydis Swimmer
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The object was to study the infraciliature of Epistylis chrysemydis swimmer. [Method] The living observation and protar-gol staining technology were used to observe the living body of E. Chrysemydis and its features of oral infraciliature and myonemal system after the silver protein preparation. [Result] The haplokinety (HK) and polykinety (PK) of E. Chrysemydis entered into the vestibulum after making approximately 2.5 turns,the micro screen structure was bulky,and in the initiating end of the peniculus 2(P2) ,only one row of kineties was connected with the polykinety (PK). The longitudinal fibers were thick,the support fibers were fine and surrounded the oral area,and the ring fibers were slender. [ Conclusion] The study provided some theoretical basis for filling the blank of the research field about the asexual life cycle of Cili-ates and controlling the harm on the freshwater aquaculture brought by this kind of the species.关键词
