摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to study the difference on the activity rhythms of the Siberian Tiger (Panthera tigris altaica) between the anestrous season and the rut mating period and study whether the sex difference was between their activity rhythms. [ Method ] The behavioral sampling method was used to investigate on the anestrous season and the rut mating period of 7 Siberian Tiger including 3 female and 4 male. [ Result]The main behaviors of the rut mating period for the Siberian tiger included resting,moving and rut matting,in which,the resting and moving time of the female tiger between the anestrous season and the rut mating period had a little difference,while the resting time of the male tiger in the rut mating period was obviously reduced compared that in the anestrous season and its moving time had no obviously difference. There were no obviously sex differences on resting,moving and rut matting time of the male tiger between the anestrous season and the rut mating period. [ Conclusion] The study provided the reference for the optimization of the Siberian Tiger management and the increase of its success rate of the reproduction.关键词
