赶黄草提取液与抗菌药联用对金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌研究
Study on the in vitro Antibacterial Effect of Penthorum chinense Extracts Combined with Antibiotics against Staphylococcus aureus
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the fractional inhibitory concentration (FIC) of the decoction and alkali extracts of Penthorum chinense respectively combined with Amikacin, Ciprofloxacin, Tetracycline and Amoxicillin to the isolated Staphylococcus aureus, and compare their combined therapies. [ Method ] The effective components was obtained from the decoction and alkali extracts of Penthorum chinense, then the MIC of drugs used alone and combined was calculated by broth microdilution antifungal susceptibility test, thus the FIC could be figured out. [ Result ] Only the combined therapies of P. Chinense decoction and Tetracycline as well as the combined therapies of P. Chinense alkali extracts and Amikacin had antibacterial effect on duck Staphylococcus aureus. [ Conclusion ] The research provided theoretical support for the control of duck S. Aureus by the traditional Chinese Penthorum chinense and western medicines.关键词
