Abstract
The suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) is widely used for separating the differential expressed gene between two genetically relative DNA sample,and shows its unique features. The paper introduces the basic principles and steps of SSH,and its applications in skin tissue and hair follicle of animal.关键词
