农民工流动影响因素及流动效应的研究综述
Review on the Influencing Factors and the Flow Effect of Rural Migrant Workers' Migration
摘要
Abstract
The study reviewed the literatures of the influencing factors and flow effect of rural migrant workers' migration, pointed out the influencing factors, including economic, politics, social culture, output and input fields, individual and family characteristic factors. The effect of this flow comprised both economic and social. The study argued that both forming a common theory with Chinese characteristics and improving the standardization of research are needed concerning the follow-up research on migrant workers. Meanwhile, continuing and deepening study was also required in the field of controversial research issue.关键词
